Poorest Perkins I've ever seen! SLOW SERVICE Waited 50minutes after ordering!!! Unbelievable! ... Never did get any food... we ended up walking out. The manager apologized but gave no reason why it was taking over 45 minutes at multiple tables for food & Im sorry but if your a manager then jump in & help your cooks/servers or call in back up. At least tell your customers it will be a long wait from the get go (because after reading all these reviews it's obvious this is an ongoing problem) & give them the choice if they want to stay & wait...The restaurant was not even at full capacity (not even close). The cooks, servers & management needs either Fired or Retrained! Will NEVER be back. PERKINS CORPORATION: this particular restaurant in Norfolk NE needs help on these issues... you are losing $. They are not trying to live up to your mission statement of 100% satisfaction... Very disappointed!
Me and my Girlfriend come here quite a bit and used to really enjoy it, but now it seems like the food and service gets worse and worse every time.. My Girlfriend had ordered the eggs benedict and it came out with spinach under the eggs that was covered in an extreme amount of garlic which was drowning in butter. My order was fine, just seems like the portions keep getting smaller. My waitress had a very bad attitude as well.. The food was fast, but definitely too fast. We would rather wait an hour for something that was made with love and passion. Some of the silverware still had food on it as well, and this happens every time. Maybe a new dishwasher or rinse them off better before the dishwasher. Hopefully they can turn this place around because we used to love this place!
Love their breakfast menu and booth seating. No noisy music. A good place to talk and visit.
