Is there one intelligent being that works here? I am beginning to think not. The staff does not take their work seriously and can always be seen on their phones every five minutes. Funny. You have time to be on your phone when the lobby is disgusting? Unbelievable. You can also hear them yelling at each other and running through the kitchen while sitting in the lobby. Whoever the General Manager is should rethink who they choose as Shift Supervisors... Especially during the evening hours. I'm surprised any of these people still have jobs... And even more surprised that this Burger King remains in business.
Nothing better than an original chicken sandwich and the food here is as good as any other BK. Staff is nice. Dining area not exactly spotless but not too messy either.
I used to love coming here. But, I think they changed ownership or something because my last couple of Whoppers have tasted gross. Hopefully it gets better.
Good food; questionable management. A manager charged us for water because we used coupons. We were told they had to charge for something because we were getting to good of a deal.
Under the new manager, the food is getting better, but I have never gotten the correct change at the drive through window. The drive up is still very slow, given the volume of customers. They need to add an additional window for payment or food delivery.
