worst experience ever. I have trust issues and you guys lied to me! This place ain't open 24/7! I tried to enter the establishment and was denied due there being no employees slaving away behind counter... will not be returning. Thanks for leaving my stomach rumbling! Had to go give my customer loyalty Walmart.. pfff and those guys have everything!! You the real MVP Walmart!!
Not open 24 hours! Location in Love's truck stop and near AWG! So thank for feeding the truck drivers who run at night so your groceries are at the store each day!
I don't get how there are any bad reviews... The food is wonderful, the staff are kind, and the place is a very clean nice enviorment.
Rude, I asked for their omelette. Wanted completely the same as they make it, just hold the meat. She refused. Said she would have to ring it up as a build your own, 16$ instead of 9$. He'll no, asked for a manager. She lied said he wasn't their, said he drove between stores, they shared managers. I told her that seemed nearly impossible, you always have a manager on shift in fast food. I've have worked fast food before. She then said we'll he's on break. I told her I would wait . all of a sudden she told me with extreme attitude she would do it this one time even tho it was against the rules. It took all my self control to continue to be polite. Literally one of the worst services in a restaurant I Have ever had, I'm not exaggerating. If it wasn't the fact it's a smaller town and not much to choose from I would never ever go back.
I'm honestly just sooo impressed by this place. If you dine here, I guarantee it will be a good experience.
There's also a Perkins in Norfolk, which is this iHop's polar opposite. The food there is just horrible, the staff are unprofessional and rude, and it's always dirty. This iHop Express is way better than Perkins.
Nice. Hot food, it was served fair quick, and pleasant people working today. No yelling to report.
