The food was great but when we went to leave the owner was very rude and said that we had to go back and tip at the table. The service we received was not tip worthy. We sat with empty glasses for part of the meal and didn't see the servers except for when they brought the food out. I would not recommend going to this place at least not to eat in.
Delicious! Satisfied my Chinese craving. Great staple for Norfolk! So glad they reopened. We had great service, very fast and attentive. Hope there are here to stay!

Today my friends and I went to eat here, and after we were done eating we paid for our meals and decided to leave. The owner or worker (bald guy) was demanding that we all needed to leave a tip and would not let us leave until we left a tip. You can’t force your paying customers to leave a tip not only is this ridiculous but also incredibly rude. My friends and I will not be coming back and will never recommend this garbage establishment.
I love Panda Garden. Glad to see them open again. Feel like there must be some problems because some people had waited over 45 minutes to get their order taken. There was 1 woman at the counter and a waiter. He was friendly, she, not so much. Will continue to go back because I love the food and hate to see them close permanently. Whatever the issue is, I'm sure it will get better.
