I.m.o THE best mexican (authentic) in Norfolk. Good prices and good service. Try the chicken tacos (min. Order of 2), or the carnitas anything. Also, the torta is very good.
Undeniably the best Mexican food I've had in a long long time. Little hard to find. Small sign by a door on the side of a building. Well worth the 1.8 mile walk one way. Now to walk that gigantic burrito off.
