I had the most wonderful experience here! Right away there was no pressure and since I knew they only give one price that was one less step I had to take in purchasing a vehicle. They worked with us to get the best possible loan and did it with a bank that we already knew and liked. They gave the vehicle an inspection on my request with no hesitation. Chandler Moen is who we dealt with and he was just awesome. He didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't interested in and was very interested in out family and well being. I couldn't recommend a better place for family's to go for their vehicle purchase. Ask for Chandler, he's the best!

Even though the first truck I had chosen was sold before I had a chance to get to the dealership, GM Auto Center was able to put me in another one that was actually better then the truck I had originally wanted. Service was top notch, and everyone was quite friendly. Had a bed cover installed a couple days after the purchase and they gave me a loaner truck to drive home while my new one was getting the cover. I know all dealerships do this but I hate the added expense every place pushes on you. May as well just throw it in the asking price and then reduce the price if the buyer opts not for any of the extra coverage. Would also shorten the whole purchase process as well. Oh well, GM Auto still recommended.

Norfolk Chevy sold me my 2013 Chevy cruz, I had always serviced my car there and had good relationship with them until I traded my car in at another dealership and I called that week and requested for my extra service insurance to be cancelled and refunded. It is now over a month and half later, several phone calls, they told me they never received my first phone call, so it wasn't canceled until a month later ( if it's even actually canceled now??) I call to check on it and they say such and such person is out or they will call back and never do, I have to again call them. It's very frustrating. I just want my money I'm owed. Never again will I deal with them or buy extra insurance on a vehicle. So very disappointed!
