I drove 3 1/2 hours to get here, let me tell you, I was not disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the customer service representatives were nothing but professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jerry helped answer my questions about the vehicle I'd come to see, and let me take it for a test drive with no problem. We'd talked earlier in the week, and he was kind enough to make sure I had a chance to come see it before others purchased it, since I'd called first. He didn't try to pull anything over on me and was nothing but straightforward about everything. I bought the car and am in love!! Renting a car for vacation I had a MUCH better experience than when renting in bigger cities. Staff was very friendly, professional, and quick. I liked that they did a walk around so we could both check for damages (Hertz does not) and we were able to pick up/ drop on Sundays.
