Worst customer service I have ever felt with in my life! The lady on the phone was rude and talked down to me like I was a child! For goodness sake just ask how much I need to pay and the last for on the card. I don't need to give you a reason as to why I'm the one calling in and having to pay. No wonder you never give your name on the phone! I'll make sure my brother never buys from here ever again. Sorry that he can't call in due to being at basic!
Great place to deal with when buying a car
Do not go here, the worst car buying experience i have ever had.
Traded my car and still required me to put cash down because there "wasn't much they could do with my car" but had it sold in a few days. The car I got from there ran time for about a week.. then i started having problems with the catalytic converter, power steering, suspension and whole brake system. The steering column became wobbly and loose and then the starter went out. I had the car for like 3 months and they refused to fix it and won't let me trade for another car. The price they charged was 5995 and they also got me with a 16% interest rate. I've also had 4 friends and heard from numerous other people to not get a car from their because of their own personal experiences but I really needed a car and have no credit. They are a terrible, shady business and need to be shut down. DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!
