They were able to get me back on a phone plane in a hurry after another sold me a card that didn't have a full plan for my phone. They were quick and courteous! Great work!
Went in to look at a new phone and possibly switch carriers( US Cellular for over 8 years). One older gentleman (sitting and waiting on a chair) said that he had been waiting for 15 minutes and said that No one had spoken to him at all or even acknowledged he was there. All 3 employee's looked directly at me and did not say a word. 2 of them were helping a single person. Evidently they don't know how to say " We will be with you in a minute" and would rather just ignore you. 1 poked his head out of the back room, realized people were waiting then disappeared never to be seen again. So much for customer service. I would have patiently waited if someone would have actually acknowledged myself and other customers and people waiting but I guess it's just easier to ignore them. Take your business elsewhere.
Went to this store to buy a new screen protector. Waited 20 minutes to be informed that one screen protector would be $39.99. I walked out immediately.
Place is always busy but we'll worth the wait people are good and knowledgeable there and there are real good in helping you with any. Problem
