They have a huge selection of clothes,shoes/ boots,winter clothing.The Norfolk store has to be one of the best stores in their proximity.
I had a small order. Went to check out, and only one lane was open. Three of us waited to go through the line. The customer checking out had a large order. Three employees were chatting in the lane next to us. Meanwhile the customer with the large order was taking a while. I asked one of the other employees if there was another lane to use. Talking continued. "Excuse me? Can we check out over here?" Employee roles eyes, grabs his scan gun, says nothing. Waits for us to figure out if that is a "yes" answer or not. Othere two employees continue talking. No customer interaction at all. Original cashier lady is now really busy.

I will have to admit that since they've rearranged their store,I dont know where anything is,but honestly,if they don't have it,you don't need it! It really is quite a store.
