Won't even give 5min hook computer to tell you of the problem is serious or not.
Service dept very rude and unwilling to fix problems correctly, they just change parts and hope it works, unwilling to warranty anything unless it was repaired in shop, even got yelled at on the phone and hung up on by steve. I could go on and on.
Quick service they can usually get your truck in pretty quick only draw back is they can't look up peterbilt part numbers
