She got out of her vehicle and started yelling at me and a co-worker. She called me nasty names, and saying I was arguing and being disrespectful when I simply told her I was about to move it, but could you ask me nicely first?
She got in my face and said "do you know who I am?" I said no, She said she owned the place. She even tried getting into my vehicle and moving it; (which it is a stick shift), so afraid she would ruin it I quickly told her I would move it for the second time.
Doug and crew does amazing work!
- I would never send any business this way, worst experience of my life at a business
I was just trying to finish my cigarette and check out the work they did. I never raised my voice or returned any swear words and I was continuously being barraged with insults and screaming. Totally uncalled for. Yes, I shouldn't have parked there, but she was way out of line.
Now being a little upset I drove back to Renner's from the Post office. I stepped into the lobby and asked if anything besides the clear coat being put on?
The big thing is the bumper wasn't painted, but a clear coat was put on. The license plate holder that was damage in the accident WAS NOT I repeat WAS NOT REPLACED!! WOW!! even being pointed out during the estimate...It turns my head that this damage was so obvious, and not fixed.
So I decided to take it to Renner's, because I had a windshield replace there year or so back.
Having one associate come out to the vehicle and pointed the most obvious, the damaged to the license plate holder. He said he be back! While waiting I assumed the manager/owner not sure on his position came out. So I pointed out what I showed the first associate, he started talking what the insurance company wanted to do is to repair not replace.
The owner's wife was very rude to me.
I had a little fender incident where someone backup in to me, at the end of March. Well after talking back and forth with the Insurance company, and an estimate submitted They decided to pay the claim.
I knew It was going to be a couple days. They called Thursday, but I missed the call.
Before I could even call them, They called me, after being notified from the Insurance Company. So (Hey!) this is great, I'll set up the appointment now. So being Wednesday, Renner's said bring it in Monday.
- I never got an apology
Not knowing what the insurance company wanted I had to take his explanation. Well by now the first associate came back out saying that they had the license plate holder. Wow!! They had the part, and said they put in on. They took the vehicle in the shop to replace the holder.
To be honest the manager/owner said they would look at fixing other things that I pointed out on the bumper, but I needed to drop it off again. Being Friday we decided on Monday Morning.
So now it's Friday morning and I get a ride down there to pick it up. Ok!!! First after a search for the key? It ended up being in my vehicle, with the driver's window partly down (Wow!!! I thought, kind of inconsiderate with someone vehicle! But I was just happy the key was found)
Winds here for an estimate, they were very helpful and very professional.
Second it was parked in a muddy area, (not a big thing since it rain the day before) So I decided to wait till I got home to look at the bumper. I had to stop at the Post Office which wasn't that far from Renner's. I get out at the Post Office and decided to look at the bumper...OMG!!! Looking it over it was my same own bumper!!! Not new, not a salvage part, and being $891.05 of insurance money( Yes!! I know it wasn't me paying for it, but It shouldn't have mattered.. my pocket or someone else ) you kind of think it would have been better.
Well Monday came, I get there Monday morning to drop it off. I find out I wasn't even put in the book that I was coming in. Since I already had a ride setup to take me home, I left vehicle there.
Great service
Over the weekend I decided not to go back. I felt that if they couldn't replace a obvious damage license plate holder, how could I trust they do a better job this time.
I was picking up a truck for a spray-in bed liner for a customer of mine, My company was paying for it. Mistakenly I parked partially in the way.
