Stonegate storage is owned and operated by Warren garage doors in Norfolk, NE. The person managing the units has the personality of a cinder block and is obviously only worried about making the boss happy. I am sure she will get a great bonus from the company for her actions and interpersonal relationship skills. My recommendation is to NOT do business with EITHER organization as they are more worried about the $$$$ than they are with doing a good job, appreciating the business they do receive, and doing the right thing. I will be spreading the word with my extensive personal network of people and companies in the Norfolk, NE area with the ultimate goal of making them feel the same way I do (Unfairly treated). I firmly believe, and have experienced personally their disregard for what is best for the customer. Their goal is to make money.....PERIOD! Please do not do business with either of these companies as you will lose financially and eventually feel like you were cheated. I truly hope they are out of business sooner rather than later.

I had to select 1 star because I could not post with a lower rating. Be Very careful if you are considering storing your personal belongings with these people. I leased 2 units (one in July 2016 and one in December 2016) after a move from Virginia to Nebraska. Their lease agreement is for 12 months which is standard, but the lease automatically renews (they do not point this out when you sign up and they DO NOT send you a reminder 1 month prior). I paid my rent one month in advance for over a year. I had open heart surgery at the end of May so could not empty the first unit which expired at the start of July due to my recovery time. I had that unit emptied by end of August and Stonegate told me I was one the hook until the following July (2018). I emptied my second unit before September 30, 2017, which the lease expires the first of December 2017, in September and offered to pay for both units until the end of the 2017, agreeing they could re-lease both units, thereby collecting double rent for those months for both units. This was not good enough for them. They also nailed me for $800 in door repair (the door had minimal damage in 1 panel, but they charged me for 2 panels) and the door was working fine with barely noticeable damage without binding or restricting door movement. I had a quote for the same repair from another garage door company for $350 for the same repair. Of course that was not a viable option with Stonegate or Warren Garage doors.
