So I just got off the phone with my insurance agent, Maynard Ohl. Nice enough guy, but completely missing the boat when it comes to professionalism. A couple months ago my insurance was cancelled because they thought I had an out of state driver's licence. I didn't, in fact I had an in state one for the past year plus (I'm nearly positive I even showed it to the agent earlier). Maynard reactivated my policy and everything was ok UNTIL... I opened my credit card statement and noticed a credit from these guys of around 200$. Then I got a notice in the mail that I had to make a payment to keep my insurance from lapsing. I gave Maynard a call, and turns out, while they screwed up my policy before, they tacked an extra 200$ onto my 6 month premium! He said they couldn't do anything about it and that it wasn't their fault. So because of their negligence, my 300$ 6 month premium on my truck went to 500$ because they thought I had an out of state driver's license. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
