Very clean truck stop other than the driver I saw clean his trailer out with his blower and have it blown onto the ground and not bother to pick it up. Well, after he did so, I volunteered to pick up his trash and kindly throw it back into his trailer with extras, being the trash can was staged right behind his trailer. Of course I did so after he went back into his truck.
Loves is ok showers clean great water pressure hot water but ihop on the other hand diff story horrible service rude as could be very disrespectful food was over cooked looked as though it had been sitting for awhile cold waffle and cheeseburger just a mess not worth 24 dollars ever
I went and bought gas at the gas station. I used my card at the pump and when I checked my bank account, they had taken out the $39 I spent on the gas and an additional $125 for a deposit until the $39 cleared. Never have gotten gas at a Love's before where they did this. Usually they only take $1 from your account not $125 and the gas amount. I use Love's all the time, but I do not think I will use the one in Norfolk if this is what they are going to do. I know it is not bank set up like they state. It is the decision of the company on how much of a deposit they take. For a regular vehicle, $125 is way to much. If you are going to take this much, then you need to take the amount spent out of the deposit and not do a double charge (hold).
This Love's truck stop caters you with an IHOP Express. Good food average prices.
Nice clean place. Staff friendly. But no room for oversize parking.
This Love's does not have a tire change center and no oil changes.
