Jeff was extremely helpful in my pillow selection. He took the time to ask questions regarding my needs and allowed me to physically make sure that the pillow “fit” me. He was friendly. Excellent customer service.
Mary helped us and did a great job! I really liked that she showed us what we were looking for but then gave us time to talk to each other and look around our selves. We were looking for a bed set and I saw you guys had some on sale on Facebook so that is the reason I stopped in! We ended up getting a bed set and a dresser!
Mary did a great job of helping us pick out our furniture, to the point of moving a rug from the front of the store to the couch we were buying. She deserves 5 stars. But they seem be be unable to even give me an accurate estimate of when it will get to their store. Ordered 6 pieces on 10/14 - they said 6-8 weeks. This Saturday, 12/2 will be 7 weeks . I was told by one employee two weeks ago every thing would be in the store by 11/30 so I called the store today. They now have no idea when it will get to the store and basically got a "don't call us, we will call you," but they will give me a call a day or two before it's going to be delivered. I have a very busy month - norman Christmas things (where do I put the tree, etc) unpacking from a very recent relocation, arranging someone to move the current furniture to the downstairs family room, and trying to plan things for some pretty major surgery. A day or two notice just isn't enough. It seems to me like they could do a little more to at least try to find out when it will reach their store.
