They helped me pick and play a guitar. I eventually bought it and started picking it when I got home. Very helpful customer service. Recommend going here instead of the cheap $40 guitars on Amazon. They will last longer.

every time i go in here i am greeted with a good attitude and they let me play the guitars whether i buy one or not,and NEVER have been pressured .Only wish there were more higher end guitars to choose from ,but that's my single negative.good people
