Just moved to the area and I decided to cancel appt. before my children started at the dentist. First off it was very difficult communicating with the front desk/receptionist as the person presents with a negative attitude. Then prior to the first appt. my son had a dental emergency and they were not able to find time to see him and expected me to wait until our appt which was over 2 months away for a medical emergency. Instead we drove over 2 hours to our previous provider who got us in same day and tended to the dental emergency. My previous pediatric dentist said that any good dentist will make time for dental emergencies or help you locate someone to help.. this place was combative when i requested help. And didn't care that I chose not to bring business to them.
