Tried the one-way rental after my truck broke down. Fast and friendly on both ends! "Thank You! " To the teams in Grand Island, NE and Norfolk, NE. I have used Enterprise 15+ times, never less than a 5 star experience.
It was far from a "fast and easy" process. They had zero vehicles available. And by the time they would have one, my car would've been out of the shop the very next day. I called them first thing in the morning and the lady said she would call me back. 6 hours later of not hearing from them, I called yet again only to be told that they wouldnt have anything until the day before my car was out of the shop. Would've been nice to know that information in the beginning so I could at least find another company that does rental. However the second lady I talked too was much more helpful than the original lady, who was the one who was suppose to be calling me back and gave me no information what so ever other than she is getting my car making me believe I would be picking it up this afternoon when in reality she knew the whole time I wouldn't be getting a car today and probably not tomorrow. Now had she told me that with the first phone call I wouldnt be so irritated, but she did know there wouldn't be a car available for at least 2 days and chose not to tell me that. So waiting 6 hours on a phone call for me to come pick up the car is slightly irritating when the lady knew in the first phone call that they wouldn't have one available for at least 2 days. To top it off, no one ever called me back!
