I spilled my coffee and had only taken a couple of drinks. The manager on duty gave me a free coffee!!
Not an actual Starbucks, just a target thing. Not great.
Most of the people that work here very rude! They complain when you ask them to stir your drink or to make sure that it's actually filled to the top. A couple of the employees will even say a few things under their breath were you can still hear exactly what they said then turn around and she will deny it and become very unprofessional in front of customers and start saying things! Small seating area not really anywhere to actually sit and enjoy your coffee with friends. Really need to build an actual Starbucks in Norfolk with much better customer service!!
