Got an emerald advance and when I went to use the card it was denied. When I called to find out why they said that I had exceeded the amount of times for using my card for the day. They said they would do something as I was denied even the use of my card on my first transaction and try again after 15 minutes. I waited went back and tried again. Again I was denied. Called again and they said the same thing. So I waited till I got home and tried one more time and still had no access to those funds though they were on the account. When I called for the third time they said I exceeded the amount of times of usage for the day. I never was able to remove money from my advance account and I was charged Everytime I tried to get money out. Even though I was not able to get money out of my account they said I exceeded the amounts of visits to the ATM. How does that work. If I am not able to get money from the account it use it as a credit card what is the point? All three of the people I spoke to did not seem to know what to do and the more they put me on hold, the more they would come back on the phone and make absolutely no sense on their explanations. Disappointed
